Now, I help busy, overwhelmed people manage stress, pain, and sleep using tools that are grounded in science and designed to fit into real life.
Combining physiotherapy-informed movement with the calming principles of yoga to help you build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress and reconnect with your body. Small, welcoming and beginner-friendly, I offer both a general yoga class and Hands Free Yoga for people who need an alternative to traditional weight-bearing yoga.
